What are your payment methods?

How do I change or cancel my order, what should I do?

No refund / No return policy

Given the nature of electronic and digital goods, we do not offer refund or credit on a purchase. There is no obligation to provide a refund or exchange in situations such as:

  • Insufficient expertise to use the product

Would I be able to do an exchange or refund?

Our team will conduct a thorough check and test of the return. We will inspect and notify you on the status of the return. However, we reserve the rights to refund for:

  • Product that is deliberately damaged through misuse, missing parts, wear and tear or in unsaleable condition (e.g. scratches or tampering)

All refund/exchange is accepted based on a case-by-case basis. 

What is the refund process?

Once your return is received, we will inspect and send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will process your refund and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

Where is my refunds?

Payment process will take up to 30 days (starting from email notification of your refund approval). If you haven't received a refund, kindly check your Paypal or bank account. We advice that you contact your credit and debit card company,  as it may take some time before your refund appears on your credit and debit card statement.

How much is your shipping rates?

We are happy to offer free local shipping to all our customers. As of now, we do not provide international shipping.

How long will my order arrive?

We will take 3 to 4 working days to deliver your order. Shipment delay may be subjected to public holidays and festive peak period.

Are your products under local warranty?

Warranty are stated in our product descriptions. 

Per industry standards, drone warranty does not cover non-manufacturing factors such as pilot errors.
